Your organization can get involved with Longview PAWS by coming in as a group to volunteer at the Longview Animal Care and Adoption Center. For more information and to volunteer, reach out to Brittany Mills at blmills@longviewtexas.gov.

Hosting a donation drive helps Longview PAWS provide support to LACAC and our community. Items from our everyday wishlist are greatly appreciated! 

Animal education is crucial from a young age. Our P.A.W.S Program (Promoting Animal Welfare in Schools) teaches pet responsibility, proper animal care and highlights community resources like the LACAC shelter. Addressing pet welfare locally is vital, especially in East Texas, which faces overpopulation of strays, overcrowded shelters, and limited resources.
